1 1/2c Ketchup
1c Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4c Worchestershire Sauce
1/4c Soy Sauce
1c Brown Sugar
2tbsp Dry Mustard
4tbsp Chilli Powder
1tbsp Grated Ginger
2cloves Minced Garlic
2tbsp Lemon Juice
2tbsp Oil
This recipe is from the Joy of Cooking. I use this most often as a sauce to baste meat, especially ribs!
